Here is a graph of the Tranz Metro Mayhem SMS events so far. I’ve graphed severity by date – the severity being my own invention where 1=service resumed and 9=cancelled. The graph is horizontally divided into weeks beginning Monday. You will see that only 3 out the last 14 weeks have been event free!
