I recently ordered a product from Australia and it was dispatched with FedEx. I have been very impressed with the amount of detail afforded by FedEx’s online tracking. Click on the thumbnail at right to see the tracking panel for my package. But it was better, even, than that. When I saw the delay beyond their control, I rang the 0800 number and after keying in the tracking number was informed that it had cleared customs. I then spoke to a Customer Services Rep. who verified who I was and told me the delay was due to fog at Auckland airport. The whole phone call was only a couple of minutes. Kudos to FedEx!
